"We very much appreciated the story of your journey, from humble beginnings in the Chicago area to a very successful career, requiring unflinching motivation and the commitment to make the right decisions for the right reasons. These aspects are universal ingredients applicable in the FBI as well as in private business.
The FBI faces many challenges ahead in the 21st Century. It will need leaders who are willing to make difficult decisions to ensure the American public is protected. Your experiences learning and making decisions proved immensely valuable to our agents."

He did more than entertain, with his magical charm and wit, he taught a serious group of psychologists and therapeutic benefit of humor. The audience was drawn to his warmth and humanness and held spellbound by his stories, which were delivered with the smooth flow of a raconteur. I believe that he may have changed the manner in which many psychologists now conduct therapy.
